The Problem

Kolekti needed a distinctive brand identity for their “Save the Knowledge Worker” campaign that brought awareness to what a knowledge worker is. They needed to engage knowledge workers and their goal was to position themselves as leaders in the industry, resonating with knowledge workers while staying true to the Kolekti brand.

To achieve this, they required a cohesive brand presence capable of engaging audiences across social media, print, and video. Without a strong, distinct identity, the campaign risked blending into their existing brand, losing the opportunity to create a powerful and lasting impact.

The Solution

To bring the campaign to life, we created a standout individual yet cohesive brand identity that worked alongside the existing Kolekti brand. We designed a digital and print campaign that incorporated design elements that helped to maintain a clear connection to the Kolekti brand, as well as a unique logo and full brand style.

With a strong visual identity that spread across whitepapers, social design, website design and outdoor signage, we conveyed the authority that Kolekti were striving for. We also created a short and engaging explainer video to support the overarching campaign message.

Flying the Campaign Flag

We centred the campaign on building knowledge worker awareness, reflecting the authority that Kolekti aimed to convey. The primary driver of the campaign was a robust digital strategy anchored by a downloadable whitepaper and a consistent social media presence. Each component provided in-depth insights, with custom graphics and layouts reinforcing the campaign’s visual identity.

The whitepaper was designed as a printed resource, serving as a key element in establishing Kolekti’s authority by being showcased at events to push the brand’s knowledge worker message. Social activity played a crucial role in the campaign, sharing impactful facts and figures that underpinned Kolekti’s research and the rationale behind the “Save the Knowledge Worker” initiative. This integrated approach ensured the campaign resonated with its audience and solidified Kolekti's position as a thought leader in the industry.

The Extended Reach

To maximise the impact of the “Save the Knowledge Worker” campaign, we recognised the necessity of creating a central hub for users interested in the topic. We developed dedicated landing pages to host all relevant information related to the campaign, including blog posts and whitepapers. This platform served as a comprehensive resource, keeping users informed and engaged with the latest insights and updates.

Alongside our digital efforts, we designed eye-catching out of home signage and targeted advertisements to further reinforce the campaign’s message, catering to the needs of the target audience seeking information at events and networking showcases. By employing these strategies, we effectively extended the campaign's reach and amplified Kolekti’s message, solidifying their position as authoritative leaders for the knowledge worker community.
