The Problem

Following its rebrand from Ikhofi to Thrive London, the business had a bold new identity that better reflected its ambitions. But its website hadn't kept pace. The existing site was little more than a handful of static pages, offering limited content, few opportunities to generate leads, and no real foundation for future growth.

For a business supplying premium workplace coffee solutions to organisations like Landmark and Formula E, the website needed to do much more than introduce the company. It had to showcase Thrive's services, educate prospective customers, generate qualified enquiries, and ultimately become a platform that could support customers long after the initial sale.

The Solution

Following the rebrand, we partnered with Thrive London to transform their new brand into a polished digital experience. Building on the strategic foundations already established, we formalised the website design in Figma, refined the user experience, and developed a bespoke WordPress website designed to support marketing, lead generation, and long-term growth.

That initial platform became the starting point rather than the finished product. Since launch, we've continued to evolve the website through our Canny On Demand retainer, introducing a customer portal, WooCommerce-powered ecommerce, ongoing SEO improvements, analytics, content strategy, and continuous design and development support.

Bringing a New Brand to Life

A strong rebrand deserves a website that delivers on its promise. Our first priority was ensuring Thrive London's new identity translated seamlessly into a polished digital experience.

Working collaboratively with the wider project team, we refined layouts, established a consistent design system in Figma, and prepared every page for development. The result was a website that captured the warmth, personality, and professionalism of the new Thrive brand while giving the business a flexible platform it could confidently build upon.

Rather than creating a collection of isolated page designs, we developed reusable components and templates that would allow the website to expand as the business evolved.

Building a Website That Generates Business

The previous website acted as an online brochure. The new platform was designed to actively support sales and marketing.

We developed a bespoke WordPress website featuring dedicated service pages, machine catalogue pages, customer success stories, blogs, help resources, and downloadable content designed to educate buyers throughout the decision-making process.

One of the most valuable additions was an interactive "Find Your Perfect Office Coffee Machine" quiz. Rather than expecting visitors to understand the differences between commercial machines, the quiz guides prospects towards the right solution while generating qualified enquiries for the Thrive sales team.

Every page was designed with clear user journeys and meaningful calls to action, helping transform anonymous website visitors into genuine sales opportunities.

Creating a Better Customer Experience

As Thrive London continued to grow, so did the expectations of its customers.

Through a second phase of development, we expanded the website into a fully integrated customer portal and ecommerce platform powered by WooCommerce.

Existing customers can now log in, browse Thrive's catalogue of coffee, tea, syrups, consumables and workplace refreshments, build their order online, and schedule delivery around their designated Green Delivery Day.

What previously relied on phone calls and manual ordering has become a simple self-service experience that saves time for both customers and Thrive's internal team.

The platform has also been designed with future expansion in mind, providing the foundations for online servicing requests, engineer scheduling, and equipment management as Thrive continues investing in its digital offering.

A Long-Term Digital Partnership

Launching the website wasn't the end of the project. It marked the beginning of an ongoing partnership.

Through our Canny On Demand service, we've become an extension of Thrive London's internal team, supporting design, development, content, analytics, and SEO on a continual basis.

We've redesigned key landing pages, created new pillar content and blog articles, implemented enhanced analytics and user behaviour tracking, improved technical SEO, and continually expanded the website as the business has evolved. Our ongoing optimisation has helped increase organic visibility, improve user engagement, and ensure the platform continues supporting Thrive's commercial goals rather than standing still.

Recent work has included:

  • Landing page redesigns
  • New SEO landing pages
  • Long-form blog content
  • Analytics and Hotjar implementation
  • AI-ready content improvements
  • Customer testing and optimisation ahead of the ecommerce launch
  • Continuous design and development support across the website

Rather than treating launch as the finish line, we've continued refining the platform quarter after quarter—responding to user behaviour, introducing new functionality, and helping Thrive get more value from its digital presence.

Results & Impact

Today, Thrive's website has become far more than a marketing tool. It supports lead generation, customer self-service, ecommerce, content marketing, and ongoing business growth.

Following the launch of the customer portal and ecommerce platform, more than £37,000 of customer orders were processed online within the first reporting period, demonstrating strong early adoption among Thrive's existing customer base. The new customer account and ecommerce shop immediately became some of the site's most engaged areas.

Our ongoing optimisation work has also continued to strengthen Thrive's visibility online. Organic traffic increased by 51% quarter-on-quarter, while referral traffic grew by more than 250%, reflecting the impact of continual SEO improvements, content creation, and technical optimisation.

Perhaps most importantly, Thrive now has a digital platform that evolves alongside the business. Whether launching new services, improving the customer experience, or expanding into new areas like ecommerce and self-service, the website has become a strategic asset rather than a static marketing brochure.

Kind words from our client

Don't just take our word for it.

Thrive London

“Working with Canny Creative has been a fantastic experience. They’ve done an outstanding job developing our website and supporting our SEO strategy, but what really sets them apart is how well they understand our business.

Having been with us throughout our rebrand, they were involved in the creation of every page, every piece of messaging, and every detail along the way. That deep understanding means they’re able to make informed recommendations that genuinely add value, rather than simply delivering against a brief.

They’re also a pleasure to work with. The team is responsive, straightforward, and always happy to offer honest advice, whether it’s website development, SEO, ecommerce, or our broader marketing strategy. It feels like having an extension of our own marketing team, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
